Richer Education was founded in 2014 by education specialists Sian Chalkley and Dr Rafael Hernandez.

Sian is a science specialist. Sian is currently pursuing a doctorate in education at University College London (UCL). 

Dr Rafael is a specialist in mathematics and a Doctor of Education graduated at UCL. 

Both founders have extensive experience and a successful, proven track record working in schools and in the education field. 

During their teaching careers, Sian and Dr Rafael trained and mentored teachers to gain qualified teacher status (commonly known as QTS) in the United Kingdom. 

Sian and Dr Rafael are rigorous and consistent about high standards in education. 

Both founders are passionate about following the latest developments in educational research as well as creating and instilling new and innovative ideas into education. 

Sian and Dr Rafael have the expertise, knowledge, experience and understanding to ensure that tutors and mentors at Richer Education continue to inspire and motivate children to think beyond the school curriculum and develop skills for life.

 Richer Education is the only enrichment (co-curricular) education institution, based in London, 

with a solid background and comprehensive expertise in the educational field.
